
Join Carly and Nikki for a nourishing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of balance from the inside out.
We'll begin with grounding practices, gentle breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you'll move through an energizing Pilates flow that builds strength, stability, body awareness, and confidence through intentional movement.
As the practice unfolds, we'll transition into deeply supportive restorative yoga shapes using props to encourage release and relaxation. Participants will be invited to settle into stillness while receiving optional hands-on assists and soothing sound elements, creating space for profound rest and renewal.
This workshop is designed to be accessible to a variety of experience levels and offers a beautiful balance of effort and ease, movement and stillness, strength and surrender.
