Samhain (pronounced SOW-in) is an ancient Gaelic festival marking the transition into the darker half of the year. Traditionally observed at the midpoint between the autumn equinox and winter solstice, it honors the cycles of life, death, and renewal, and is considered a spiritual precursor to Halloween.
Three chances this fall to honor the thinning of the veil through movement, meditation, community, and ceremony. 10/30 & 11/1 (VDR Classes) & 10/31 (Flow & Restore)
There’s nothing spooky about this offering, just deep love, remembrance, and connection. Expect your familiar yoga asana and meditation practice woven with the wisdom of Samhain and a community altar to honor our ancestors and loved ones.
Wear black and bring a meaningful offering for our altar, such as a photograph, flower, crystal, or cherished item that reminds you of someone you love.
All are welcome. 🕯️
